The C.D.C. have reported a total of 4,298 cases in 47 states in the US.
The growth rate for US is 28.22%.
This big increment is found mainly contributed to by the significant increased cases in Arizona (431), which is next to California (and also close to Mexico), and the considerable increasing in California itself in the last 24 hours.
This can be not surprising because fast spreading between the high level infected area and its neighbours is pretty understandable (like between Illinois and Wisconsin a few days ago). But this can also be surprising why this sort of explosion still can happen right after several days of slowing down of the increasing rate through out US(NY is a good sample where things CAN be kept controlable). Is this resulted in by lack of public awearness, ineffective prevention or lag of report? Answers will be tried to reach in the coming days.
The WHO has reported a total of 7520 confirmed cases in 34 countries.
The growth rate or the world is 15.75%.
Situation is stable.
According to the data from the US and the world, influenza A H1N1 is expanding around by a rate of about 15%.
