The goal of this initiative is to share data and information regarding the H1N1 flu out-break(also known as Influenza A or swine flu). This flu is a current event since April, 2009. We are dedicated to provide you a better view on current situation and trend by charting cases in United States and the world everyday.
The NY state is still effectively keeping the cases at 190. Taxas has its number increased to 179, with a growth rate of 62.73%. This can be explained by yeaterday's number which stayed at 110 -- this is caused by the lagging of report. As for California, things are not as good as what they are seen. It is unreasonable for the confirmed cases to fall down fron 282 to 191, there must have been some mistake in the reported figures. This is an alert of us that keep eyes on the trends instead of some surprising changes of numbers, they might be wrong. Here is a good opportunity to make a small expectation that the first wave of swine flu spreading is going into its reccession period, especially for those area where good experience and awearness of the desease have been properly accumulated. It moght be reaching the peak in the coming few days.
